Forward Shipping

We ship best way via USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, YRC, and other International, National and Regional carriers. Expedited shipping rates available, vary by location. International shipments may require additional charges, freight insurance, commercial invoice, or other documentation.

Return Policy

Items may be returned within 30 days with authorization by filling out all of the information on our RMA Form. Refunds are for the cost of product only. Some items may incur a 20% restocking fee. After 30 days, the item is subject to manufacturer warranty and must be authorized by a customer service representative by calling 888.850.2017 (9AM to 6PM Eastern Standard Time, Monday - Friday).

Customer is responsible for one-way shipping of returned items. Cincinnati General Tool Company will pay for return shipping of defective items sent back for exchange. Return or exchange of an item usually takes two to four weeks to process. Please Contact Us with any questions. To track an order you placed with us, please the Track Order form.

Cancelled Orders

Orders cancelled after the item has shipped are subject to all standard return policies. You must accept delivery, obtain an RMA Number and ship the item back to the correct address. If delivery of an item is refused, return shipping costs are deducted from the issued credit and a 20% restocking fee (minimum $20) will apply. Shipping costs will not be credited if delivery is refused.
